Mr. Reynolds is the President and one of the three founders of Gossamer Space Frames. Mr. Reynolds has been instrumental in the engineering of solar field components such as frames, center drives, heat collector elements and reflective panels. In addition to solar field components, Mr. Reynolds has engineered and developed products in structural, architectural, and scientific applications.

During his ten year tenure as President, Gossamer has grown from a start-up company to a proven leader in the solar power industry. Gossamer's rise to the level of an industry leader is a result of Gossamer's ability to quickly design and deliver structural frames that have been widely accepted -- and deployed -- in today's concentrated solar power industry.

Mr. Reynolds has also been instrumental in developing and securing multiple patents in structural technologies.

Before co-founding Gossamer, Mr. Reynolds worked in the field of structural frame and sheet metal fabrication in both aerospace and non-aerospace manufacturing, where he held both engineering and management positions. Mr. Reynolds has been licensed as a Professional Engineer in the State of California since 1985.

In addition to his engineering accomplishments, Mr. Reynolds has held numerous critical management positions for various aerospace industry programs, as well as structural frame and sheet metal operations. These positions served to further refine Mr. Reynolds experience and expertise in the following areas: strategic planning; value engineering of product design; process flow of manufacturing facilities; formulation and implementation of automated CNC machining; bid design cycle time reduction; and implementation of quality control and quality assurance programs.
